HELP ME

Hiiiiiiiiiii ...............can someone help me ....i have been biting my nails since i was four...i am not able to get out of the habit at all...despite scoldings etc...i want a real good solution to my problom....no making fun of me ..only a SOLUTION will do..pleaseeeeeeeeee
