A WORLD WITHOUT EXAMS

Wow really sounds amazing....and of course impossible...right....i have always thought why not banish these exams and set up new standards of defining a true student....like viva voce...public speaking..etc...testing the entire ability and potential of the student in just three hours is an abysmal thing....like in the present scenario...what can we really do about these "good for nothing" exams....and a practical approach to them is what a student requires now...
